BondCote is proud to welcome David Hinson as our new Director of Operations.

With more than two decades of leadership in textile manufacturing and operational excellence, David brings a wealth of experience to the BondCote team. His career includes over 15 years in executive roles, where he has consistently driven performance through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process optimization, and continuous improvement strategies.

David has held key leadership roles at respected industry organizations, including Noble Biomaterials, Beverly Knits, and Burlan Manufacturing. His accomplishments include implementing lean systems, optimizing supply chains, launching new product divisions, and leading operational growth—from increasing revenues to improving employee engagement and plant performance.

Earlier in his career at Milliken & Company, David honed his quality assurance and process improvement expertise. As Plant Manager of Milliken’s Automotive Lamination Plant, he led record-setting gains in safety, cost-efficiency, and team morale.

David’s strategic mindset and results-driven approach align perfectly with BondCote’s mission to deliver high-performance solutions with operational excellence. We are excited for the leadership and innovation he brings as we continue to grow and serve our customers with integrity and precision.
